Questions before you start your trial

When does the trial start?
When you start it: sign up, set up your board, and start the 30-day trial from the prompt after your first job moves, or any time from Settings → Billing. Card at checkout, nothing charged until day 31.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You add a card at checkout and get every Diamond feature for 30 days; nothing is charged until day 31. Cancel before then in two clicks (Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription) and you pay nothing: your team moves to Free and your boards and jobs stay (within Free limits). Keep it and Diamond renews at $49/month (or $490/year) until you cancel.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, permanently. Up to 3 people and 10 active jobs, with job assignments and priority flags, no card. Paid plans add per-stage SLAs, tags, client QR tracking and bigger teams, and start with a 30-day trial (card required, nothing charged until day 31).
What does FIRST100 do?

Why per team, not per seat?
Per-seat pricing punishes collaboration, so a plan is priced per team: Premium covers up to 5 people and Diamond up to 10, and Diamond can add extra seat packs if you need more. Pricing logic →
How do AI agents connect to the board?
Over MCP. Works with Claude Code, Cursor, Continue, OpenCode and any MCP-compatible client. Each agent gets its own scoped, revocable token. See the MCP docs.
Can agents act without my approval?
Not on anything irreversible. Agents claim cards and report progress on their own (attaching evidence needs Premium), but request_human_decision pauses them until a human answers, in chat or on the board. Free includes 10 decision requests a month; Premium and Diamond are unlimited. Agent claims, progress, evidence and decisions are timestamped on the card, and every agent action is audit-logged.
Can QodFlow notify Slack or Discord?
Yes. Paste an incoming-webhook URL at Settings → Integrations and job events (assigned, moved, completed, overdue, agent decision requested) post to your channel. Free includes 1 channel with completed, overdue and agent-decision events; Premium and Diamond allow up to 3 channels and let you choose events.
How does QR client tracking work?
On Diamond, every job gets a status URL + QR. Stick the QR on the device or receipt — clients scan and see the current stage and ETA. No app, no login.
Can I import jobs from a spreadsheet?
Yes, on every plan. Export your sheet as CSV, open Jobs, click Import CSV, preview the rows and import up to 500 at once. Columns: title, description, priority, assignee email and more. Tags need Premium.
Scheduling and invoicing?
No, on purpose. Pair QodFlow with Calendly / Google Calendar + Stripe / QuickBooks. Why we keep it focused →
Is my data safe?
TLS in transit, encrypted at rest, US-hosted. Stripe handles billing — we never see card numbers. You can permanently delete your account and all its data yourself from Settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime from your billing page. Two clicks: Cancel, then confirm; the confirm dialog has one optional question about why, which you can leave blank. No retention call: at most one in-app offer, a discount on the plan you already have, which you can decline in one click. When you cancel you drop to the Free plan at the end of the billing period and your boards stay.
