About
Built for the part of service work the software industry ignored.
Service teams have always run on a board. Sticky notes on a whiteboard. A spreadsheet someone in the office maintains. A Trello board that the techs forgot exists by Wednesday. The shape of the work is the same every day — jobs flow through stages, clients wait for updates, something is always running late.
The software industry built two things for this: vertical bundles (Jobber, ServiceTitan) that lock you into one industry and charge for features you don't use, and generic workspaces (Trello, Asana, Monday) that need an ops person to configure them into something useful. Neither fits a 4-person repair shop or a 12-person agency that just wants a board that works on Monday morning.
QodFlow is the third option. A focused workflow tool with stages, SLAs, and shareable status — for any service team, any industry, no configuration required. We don't do scheduling, invoicing, or CRM on purpose, because we want to do one thing properly instead of seven things passably.
US-incorporated. Small team, real human support, Stripe billing, US-hosted infrastructure. We reply to every email within one business day.
What we won't build
- • Scheduling, dispatching, route optimization
- • Invoicing, quoting, payments
- • CRM and customer-history modules
- • AI features that exist to ship an AI feature
Each of those is a great standalone tool from someone else. QodFlow integrates; we don't replicate.
