How does QR client tracking work?
Every job gets a status URL + QR. Stick the QR on the device or receipt — clients scan and see the current stage and ETA. No app, no login.
Is my data safe?
TLS in transit, encrypted at rest, US-hosted. Stripe handles billing — we never see card numbers. SOC 2 in progress. CSV export and full delete are one click from settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime from your billing page. No retention call. Data stays read-only for 30 days in case you change your mind.
